Where would Pacer save your organization money?

Enter your own numbers to see what shorter status calls, less admin work, fewer costly mistakes, and projects that go live sooner are worth at corporate and at every location. The example values are starting points, and every input is yours to change. No email required.

How these numbers are calculated

Every figure on this page comes from a formula you can check. The example values are illustrative, and they are sized to line up with the estimate Pacer publishes for 20 openings in progress: more than $250,000 a year at corporate.

Status calls

Openings × people on the call × call length ÷ 3 × 52 weeks × hourly cost

Hourly cost is annual salary divided by 2,080 working hours. The calculator assumes Pacer shortens the call by a third, matching the 90 minutes to 60 in Pacer's own example. With 8 people on a 90 minute call across 20 openings, that is 4,160 hours, or about $160,000 in salary before benefits. Status already lives in Pacer, so no one has to report out and the call can focus on missed milestones and overdue tasks.

Admin work at corporate

Hours per week × 52 weeks × hourly cost

You enter the total hours your team spends on the work Pacer removes: follow up emails to learn who opened the plan, access and user profiles created by hand, task updates emailed to every location and then chased to confirm they were read, and dashboards and reports rebuilt daily, weekly, and monthly. Enter only the share you expect Pacer to take off your plate.

In the field

Openings × hours saved per location × hourly cost + yearly cost of avoidable mistakes

Each opening in progress counts as one project a year. The hours cover searching for reference documents and assembling status updates for leadership. The mistakes figure is your own estimate of what wrong vendor orders from out of date instructions, express shipping to correct them, and rework cost in a year. These happen at each location, so they repeat at every one you run. Franchisors do not see this card, because these savings land with franchisees rather than the franchisor.

Revenue earned sooner

Openings × weeks earlier × monthly revenue × 12 ÷ 52 (franchisors also multiply by their royalty rate to get royalties)

Every week a location goes live earlier is revenue it would not otherwise earn. This is revenue, not profit, and it is kept apart from cost savings so the two are never added together. For franchisors, those same weeks earn the franchisee that revenue and earn the franchisor its royalty share, so the calculator shows both. Openings are only the start. Any initiative pushed through Pacer after opening day, such as a cost saving program, a new service, or a technology rollout, pays off sooner the faster it is in place at every location.

What the calculator leaves out

Brand loyalty. Customers return to a brand when every location delivers the same cleanliness, comfort, and service, and that depends on the work behind it getting done at every location, every time. It is real, and it varies too much by business to put a number on, so it is not in any total on this page. The $250,000 is what Pacer can measure at corporate. The field savings and the revenue gained come on top of that.
