And we account for prerequisite completion status—whether work can actually begin or if invisible dependencies are holding teams back.

Surface ownership gaps, incomplete prerequisites, and velocity trends before they become crises. Crucially, it understands readiness: how many tasks are truly "ready to fire" (all dependencies resolved) versus how many are trapped waiting for upstream work.
