What are the different types of location access that I can grant a user?

Location access can be granted with 1 of 3 types of access: 

1. Access to only location(s) that are manually selected and assigned by the Admin 
2. Access to all locations in a subscription, which also grants access automatically to future locations as they are created 
3. Accessbased on a rule, related to specific criteria (IE: A user can be granted to see all properties in the Northeast Region or all properties under Alpha Management).  This also grants access automatically to future locations as they are created.
