Tasks
- Gantt viewpoint: Adding to the list and calendar views, we have added a Gantt Chart view. This is especially helpful to identify relationships (pre-requisites) between tasks. Multiple locations can be viewed on the Gantt chart at the same time and you can filter by department, discipline, phase, etc. If the individual has been granted access to edit task Target dates, then they can click and drag tasks on the chart.
- Milestones Crosstab report: This report provides you with an at-a-glance view of the status of milestones across all of your locations in a common Green, Red, Yellow, Gray color scheme. Since each location is created using a different mix of baselines, one or more baselines must be selected to run this report; this will ensure there are not large blanks in the report data.
- The list of Baselines, Support tickets, Users, User Requests, Baseline Files and Projects can now be sorted by any column in both ascending or descending order. Popular benefits of this enhancement are (1) it allows you to sort the Users list by Last Name or (2) sort Support Tickets by the person who submitted the ticket or (3) sort Baseline Files by the Department name.
- Baseline Cross-Baseline Task Search: When editing a baseline via the cross-baseline search page, you can now attach a Baseline File.
- Baseline Task List: If displaying the optional column for Links and then clicking on a link, it was previously displaying an error message.
- Task Detail Drawer: The selection values in the Project Coach dropdown box is now sorted alphabetically (4myRollout customers only).
