5.9.1.0 (02 September 2019) Customizable Login Page
Tasks Calendar View
- If the individual chooses to print the calendar from their browser, we have updated the printable layout to hide buttons and other non-calendar-oriented items making the printed version less cluttered.
- We have added a Help link in the Historical Pace (waterfall graph) that navigates the individual to help documentation for information on how to interpret the graph. (Critical Path customers only)
- We now offer customers the ability to have a customized login page. Your users would be navigated to URLs such as https://customer.4myrollout.com for all pages they view during the session. In addition to the login page, email notifications that include links directing users into the application can utilize the new URL format. The subscription can customize the image that appears in the background of the login page. To enable these features, contact us for a demo and/or quote.
- The password reset email message was updated to note that the password reset link will expire in 24 hours.
- Fixed a bug with the Tasks Calendar, for locations with 1000s of tasks, that would cause IE11 to become unresponsive when flipped between the calendar and listing.
- Fixed a bug on the Tasks Calendar that was causing the Weekday header to not be aligned correctly.
- For users who have access to multiple subscriptions:
- We have updated the Dashboard and Task pages to clear out any location name from a previous session. This was causing individuals to see an error message when their browser was attempting to use the location from their previous session.
- When changing from one subscription to another via Menu, it will navigate the individual to the Dashboard or Company Overview page (instead of the generic landing page which has been in use since late April).
- The current version number of the application now appears in the bottom corner of the Menu for reference only.
- The Name field of a Baseline File is now limited to a maximum of 50 characters.
- Fixed a bug that was preventing the removal all text from the Additional Information field on a Baseline Task.
- Fixed a bug that was causing the Weeks/Days Out number to be inaccurate for location tasks, that were created from a baseline task that uses a Static Date, and then the Project's Zero Date was changed. The Target Date was being set correctly (i.e. unchanged) but the column for Weeks/Days Out on the task list was inaccurate. (4myRollout customers only)
- Tasks created by location-level-users and associated with a project, will now be shifted if the project’s zero date is changed (4myRollout customers only)
