5.9.3.1 (31 October 2019) Miscellaneous updates

Tasks
  • Calendar View: The first day of the week will either be Monday, Sunday, or Saturday based on the country of the user. As an example, a user in the USA will see the calendar start on Sunday. For a user in Germany, the calendar starts on Monday. The user can update their country in their Profile.
  • Bulk Actions: we’ve added a new link to open the 'Assign Tasks by Job Title' drawer. This is the same drawer on the Dashboard page. It allows a location-level user to assign all tasks associated with each job title to a specific person’s name. This is now the fastest way to reassign all tasks from, for example, General Manager to John Smith.
 Add Subscription
  • The ability to request access to an additional subscription is now done via the User Profile menu. A new option for “Add Subscription” has been added to the menu and on click, the individual will be prompted for the Access Code just like the Sign-Up feature on the login page. This process increases security and reduces the likelihood of mixing up profiles. Note, this feature is not available for SSO-enabled subscriptions/users.
 Dashboard
  • We’ve added a config wheel icon to two of the summary graphs. (a) The config wheel on the 'My Tasks' graph opens the 'Assign Tasks by Job Title' drawer. (b) The 'Following Tasks' graph config wheel will allow the individual to add or edit which departments they want to have included in the graph (this is the same selection that is made in their profile).
 Daily and Weekly Digest Emails
  • For SSO-enabled users: we updated the links in the email so that they will continue to be redirected to the task, even after being redirected to enter their SSO credentials.
 Admin
  • Baselines > Cross Baselines Task Search: we have updated the column layout and included the ability to sort by any column so you can find and update your baseline tasks faster.
  • Baseline Task List: We added columns for Created Date and Modified Date. This will assist you when importing/adding task to an existing baseline and then wish to view them in the listing and/or to bulk push them to locations. You can sort the column so that the newest tasks are at the top of the list.
 Bug Fixes
  • Tasks: Task Detail Drawer: resolved a bug that allowed location-level users to hide a link that was added to the task from a baseline task.
  • Admin > Brands: Resolved an issue which caused Brand logos to be stretched.
  • Admin > Baseline Task List > Update Baseline Task: Resolved an error that would occur when updating the link on a baseline task which was tied to inactive locations.
  • Tasks > Updated a bug that would cause the Tasks page to not load when the user does not have a Country defined in their profile.
  • Reports > Project Locations List report: the filter dropdown for Project Zero Date is no longer duplicating values (4myRollout only)
  • Tasks: Task Detail Drawer: fixed the Weeks/Days Out re-calculation for a task that is associated with a project and the task’s Target Date is manually changed. (4myRollout customers only)
