5.13.1.0 (September 21, 2020) Miscellaneous Updates
| Faster Printing for Tasks When clicking the Export button on the Tasks page, any filters that had been selected (Status, Department, Project, etc.) are now transferred to the report, and the report will immediately run. They still have the option to view the results and alter any report filters before downloading the pdf file. Improving the Share experience The Share icon in the top right corner of a task is now more visible. It provides options to add the task to their Outlook or Google calendar or to copy the task details into a new email. We've added a new option for 'Share Link'. This link can be provided to a colleague so they can navigate directly to the applicable location and task. You can also paste the link into a Teams Chat or Slack Channel to have an offline discussion; just remember to post the final decision into a comment in the task! Encouraging Job Title Job Title has been a required field on the Sign Up Request form and now is also required on the My Profile page and Admin > User Invite. The job title displays on the Tasks page under the name of the person who is assigned the task; it's especially helpful for new openings and conversions when colleagues are starting to meet each other. Enhancements for Administrators Baseline Task Pre-Requisites We added the Gantt view to the Baseline Tasks page in the last release. This provides you a visual of the flow of tasks in the baseline especially when tasks are marked as a Pre-Req or Successor. Using the Gantt view, you are able to connect pre-reqs/successor tasks easily. We have removed the limit of only having one-level of pre-requisite. That means you can now assign a pre-req to a task which is already a pre-req and so on. If you would like to try out the Pre-Req feature, please email [email protected]. |
