5.9.2.1 (10 October 2019) Miscellaneous updates

Login > Sign Up
  • In an effort to reduce duplicate user requests, if an existing user attempts to sign up again, we now notify them that they are already a user and will not allow them to submit a second request. This occurs if the individual attempts to sign up using the same email and username as the existing account.
 Tasks
  • If an individual needs to change locations, we previously required the individual to search for the name of the new location. We have updated the drawer to display all locations the user can access without requiring the individual to search.
  • We have added the date and individual who created the task to the History section of the Task Detail drawer.
  • The location Task Detail drawer now includes/displays any carriage returns in the Task Name and Additional Information fields.
  • The Calendar view now allows an individual (who has access to change Target Dates) the ability to drag and drop a task from one day to another.
  • When printing the calendar from the browser’s print option, the subscription's Reports Footer will now appear at the bottom of the calendar.
 Dashboard
  • If an individual needs to change locations, we previously required the individual to search for the name of the new location. We have updated the drawer to display all locations the user can access without requiring the individual to search.
 Admin > Users
  • A “Grant Access to All Baselines” option has been added. This is helpful if you add a new moderator and wish to grant them access to all active baselines instead of selected baselines. To use the feature, click the … [actions] button to the right of the individual’s name in the Users list.
  • The user list is now more mobile friendly allowing you the ability to search for a user and make profile changes directly from your phone.
 Admin > Locations
  • Expanding on our last release, you can now filter locations by abbreviation by separating values by commas, spaces, or a comma-space (e.g. ABC, XYZ)
Admin > Projects (4myRollout customers only)
  • Add to Scope search box now allows for abbreviations to be entered using a comma or space. This allows you to copy/paste from a spreadsheet directly to the search box.
  • Location Actions listing no longer includes locations that are Inactive thus there is no longer a need to revoke the project from the location.
Bugs and Label Fixes
  • Company Overview: Fix a bug that when clicking the “Past Due Tasks” link on the back of the Location cards it was incorrectly including tasks due today as past due.
  • Support tickets: The dropdown to reassign a ticket was updated to exclude anyone who is not a subscription Moderator, Administrator, or Owner.
  • User Invite: We made it more obvious that a default location is required when inviting a new user.
  • User Profile: For inactive users, it will now display the individual’s former communities and favorite departments. This is helpful if the user is changed back to active.
  • Baseline Task Detail: To make the toggle for changing a baseline from a Task to a Milestone or vice versa more intuitive, we changed the label in the Baseline Task Drawer from “Make Milestone” to “Change to Milestone”.
  • We adjusted logic in the sending of the Weekly Digest emails so that they are delivered faster for peak delivery times (closer to the time requested by the user).
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing your company’s logo from appearing on the User Request emails.
  • Tasks: resolved a rare issue that prevented some individuals to not be able to change locations.
IE11 Related All users are strongly encouraged to use a modern browser and not use Internet Explorer. In the near-term, we continue to make reasonable attempts to make most features available in IE11.
  • Cache: Resolved a bug that was preventing certain drawers and pages from fully refreshing after an edit.
  • Login page: Resolved a bug that was preventing some users from being automatically redirected from 4myrollout.com to 4myrollout.com/login. We also fixed a bug that was adding scrollbar to the username/password box.
  • Tasks page: Resolved a bug that was preventing the color-coding from appearing along the left side of the task list.
